Royal Philips Electronics will be mass producing LED light bulbs that will replace the common 60 watt light bulb. The bulb will be 12 watts and will cut the energy use by 80%. The bulb will last 25 times longer than the common 60-watt incandescent bulb. The new bulb will last 25,000 hours, currently bulbs only last 1,000 hours. The price has not yet been set but will be significantly more expensive than the regular bulb. I think this new bulb is a good invention because it will actually save money, as well as energy, in the long run even though they are more expensive.

I am going to be spending alot of time researching different views, laws, cases, and situations for editing pictures. I need to find a few specific situations and look further into them to get more ideas for finding the answer to my question. I want to find how common this is and how people feel about celebrities having their image edited or photos being made to look different to change someone's reputation and find out what they would do if it happened to them and how it is handled or should be handled
