We were the first group to go so we didn’t have that much time to find our room. Once we found our room we waited outside until someone unlocked the door he let us in and said he would be right back. We went and it was a very small classroom with no where to present, very different than I imagined. So we moved tables and made space to present and for the projector. Thirty minutes later the judges came in and they were very nice it was a lot less pressure than I thought it would be. We only had two judges which messed up our planned introduction, we were each suppose to hand a folder and shake the judges hand and Jeremy was suppose to tell why we created the folder and I was suppose to say what was in the folder but it worked out that Jeremy handed them both of the folders and talked about it after we all introduced ourselves. At the same time having only two judges helped us because we made four copies of the cd but left one at school so we could leave the cds in the folder and use the other one, if there was three judges we were just going to give them the cds at the end. I was glad that the judges were late because it gave us sometime to calm our nerves a little bit and talk through it. The judges only asked us one question and it was where we got the song for our recycling/training video and if we cited it in our works cited page. Then we realized that we didn’t even think about citing the music. What I would do differently is make sure we had our room number before we left and make sure we had our copy of the cd, I also forgot to talk about the color we used. If we could have started our project again we could have made a better flash document.
